It has been an eventful year here at HBC, so it’s apropos that December has been no different. The holiday season has officially arrived, and we’ve been celebrating all that it has to offer. We aren’t just talking about Ellen DeGeneres’ 12 days of giveaways or Jimmy Fallon’s 12 days of Christmas sweaters, either. For HBC, the month of December has brought our annual winter retreat, award ceremonies, speaking panels, and—in this newsletter—our predictions for the New Year.
